Canada's progressive rock kings, Rush have always done what they wanted to do. Staring down commercial formats, they have always given us music with a sense of adventure, both musically as well as lyrically.

Anyone who wants to learn to excel at their instrument can listen to Rush to learn how to play with great technique and taste need only listen to one of Rush's many great albums. Geddy Lee represents the cream of the crop on bass and keyboards, while Alex Lifeson has one of the most unique guitar styles ever not to mention the killer tone he gets. As for the drums, clearly Neal Peart has no peer.
